Cancellation Policy Zoom event 

We value your commitment to learning with us and understand that sometimes plans change. To facilitate a smooth operation and respect the efforts of our instructors, we have established the following cancellation policy for our online live makeup classes. Please review the details below to ensure you understand the process for cancellations and rescheduling.

Cancellation by Participants:

1. Timely Cancellation:
   - Participants must cancel their registration at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class where makeup kit has been sent will receive the difference of the makeup ($200) from the course costs and the entire amount where the makeup kit has not been sent.
   - Cancellations made within this timeframe also allow for rescheduling to another available class without any additional charge.

2. Late Cancellation:
   - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time are not eligible for a refund.
   - Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the class fee.

3. No Show:
   - Participants who fail to log in and participate in the class without prior cancellation will not receive a refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellation by Us:

1. Class Cancellation:
   - In rare instances, we may need to cancel a class due to instructor illness, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   - If we cancel a class, participants will be notified via email or phone as soon as possible and will be offered a refund of the difference of the makeup kit ($200) from the course costs if the kit has been sent or a full refund if not or the option to reschedule for another session.

Rescheduling:

1. Process:
   - If you wish to reschedule your class, please contact us at least 24 hours before the class begins. You can choose a new date from the upcoming scheduled classes, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy Makeup & Sip 

We understand that schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness and manage our class schedules effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy. Please review it carefully to understand the terms and conditions related to canceling or rescheduling a makeup class at our studio.

Cancellation by Participants:

1. Timely Cancellation:
   - Participants can cancel their class registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty.
   - If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or you may choose to reschedule for another available class date.

2. Late Cancellation:
   - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining 50% of your payment will be refunded to you.
   - Alternatively, if you prefer, you can choose to reschedule the class for another date instead of receiving a refund. Please note, rescheduling is subject to class availability.

3. No Show:
   - If you do not cancel in advance and do not attend the class (“no show”), you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Cancellation by Studio:

1. Class Cancellation:
   - Occasionally, classes may be canceled by the studio due to instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   - In the event of a class cancellation by the studio, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered the option to reschedule to another date or receive a full refund.

Rescheduling:

1. How to Reschedule:
   - If you need to reschedule your class, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance via email makeup@katorders.com. You can choose a new date from the available upcoming classes.
   - Rescheduling is subject to space availability and may not always guarantee placement in your desired class.

3. Payment 

- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept After Pay, Paypal, Eftpos.

- Payment Security:All payments are securely processed using Paypal, Square POS, Afterpay. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

- Australian GST: All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Australian law.

4. Pricing

- Currency: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

- Taxes: Prices include GST. Any additional charges, such as shipping or handling fees, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery 

- Shipping Locations: We currently ship within Australia. Please check our Shipping Policy for more details.

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more detailed information.

- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

6. All Sales Are Final No Cancellations: All purchases made on our website are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective. Please check your order carefully before completing the purchase.

7. Damaged or Defective Products Reporting Damages: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt. Provide a description of the damage and any relevant photos. Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

If a product you purchase is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Shipping
Policy 

1. Introduction At Eezy Peezy Makeup Classes, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers. We partner with Australia Post to ship our makeup products across Queensland and Australia. Please review our Shipping Policy for details on how we handle shipping and delivery.

2. Shipping Locations Australia: We currently ship to all locations within Queensland and across Australia using Australia Post's reliable services.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Express Shipping: For faster delivery, Australia Post Express Shipping is available. Orders shipped via Express typically take 1 to 3 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Delivery Timeframes: Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as public holidays, postal delays, and regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Costs Express Shipping: A flat rate of $20 AUD applies for express shipping within Australia. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 AUD. 5. Order Processing Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Cut-Off Times: Orders placed before 9am AEST on business days will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

6. Tracking Your Order Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the Australia Post website. Delivery Updates: Australia Post provides delivery updates via email or SMS. You can opt-in to receive these updates when placing your order.

7. Delivery Issues Lost or Delayed Packages: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasionally, packages may be delayed or lost in transit. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Missed Delivery: If Australia Post is unable to deliver your package, it may be held at your local post office for collection. You will receive a notification from Australia Post with instructions on how to collect your package.
